At ENVE by Nithya, we carefully curate and inspect all products before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or minor variations in color or design.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.*
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
Customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package at the time of delivery. The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and the product inside. This is mandatory for verification purposes.
Without a valid unboxing video, no return, refund, or replacement request will be considered under any circumstances.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery. The request should include:
- Clear unboxing video
- Product images showing the issue
- Order details
Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe to assist you further.
Once your return request is approved after verification, we will initiate a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 days . Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewellery products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Requests made without proper proof (unboxing video)
- Slight color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund based on your preference.
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Customers can refer to the return policy if they face any issues after delivery.
