Customers can cancel their order only before it is shipped. Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details via email or WhatsApp. Our team will assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers can refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.
