All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, there may be slight delays.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We request your patience in such situations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ENVE by Nithya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package is undelivered due to unavailability, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
